National Kidney Foundation Charity Video Project

This past Mother’s Day weekend was the 5th Annual National Kidney Foundation Footprints in the Sand Kidney Walk.  The Kidney Walk is the nation’s largest walk to fight kidney disease. Held in nearly 100 communities, the event raises awareness and funds lifesaving programs that educate and support patients, their families and those at risk. Cocoa Beach is a unique Kidney Walk because it is able to embody the beauty that Florida’s beaches have and provide the atmosphere that helps encourage people to come support such a life saving cause.

Bill Hahn of the National Kidney Foundation of Florida reached out to Ant Farm Media to provide video coverage of this event.  Ant Farm told Bill several months ago that we would love to take on this work for the opportunity to be a part of such a great cause.

Ant Farm Media has done charity video work for the NKFF before, but has never done a Kidney Walk.  We knew this was a special project and were excited to take it on! We needed a drone operator, and contacted our close friend Dick Blondin of Cloud View Aerials to do aerials for us, and Ant Farm provided GoPros and an HD Camera to capture footage from the pier and from the beach.

Bill Hahn is coming over to Ant Farm Media’s office to sit in on the editing process this Saturday to be sure the video is exactly to his liking.  When we asked Bill about the upcoming edit, he said,

“I can’t wait to see the footage [Ant Farm] captured.  It’s going to be great! You always does such great work.”

Thank you Bill! We are excited too!
